I booked a group tour but nobody else had for the same time so they took our family on a private tour. The guide was so informative and friendly, even offering water etc because it was such a hot day. I could’ve spent hours watching , it was fascinating. I booked a shorter tour of 2 hours because we had 2 teenagers with us but even they enjoyed it.
Our guide met us at the water taxi station and sent us on our way m. Our water taxi driver was great he told us about morano island. Upon arriving anothrr guide met us which led us into a glass blowing demonstration which we got to see three artists make things- one made a horse and a flower cup, another made beads for jewelry and another made a cat which was really amazing to watch. Then we went into the art collections to have a look it was amazing! My husband even bought me a beautiful horse which will be shipped to our home!
Very peaceful ride. We were able to relax and learn about the history of Venice. Pick up area was Very easy to fine.
Glass is so expensive! It’s a 15 minute very interesting demonstration of the glass making, then it’s all about looking at pieces that are ridicously priced!
Great visit. We met our group easily and took a water taxi to Murano, which was lovely in itself. The glass-blowing was awesome and the kids were enthralled
The highlight of the visit for us was definitely the art gallery. We had no idea glass could be transformed into so many different shapes, styles, and works of art. It was fascinating to see all the different techniques and craftsmanship on display. We spent much longer there than we expected and absolutely loved it.
We were looking for a genuine glass factory to visit in Murano, and this was exactly what we had hoped for. Watching the craftsmen shape the glowing glass right in front of us was something we will remember for a long time. We also took home a small handmade vase that now reminds us of our trip every time we see it. A truly lovely experience, and one we would gladly recommend to anyone visiting Murano.

We found a stunning handcrafted piece to bring home, and the entire visit felt authentic, relaxed, and beautifully organized.
We did this tour as a couple and honestly had such a great time! The water taxi ride was so much fun, the glassblowing demo was really cool, and we even found the most amazing glass turtle to take home. Such a fun experience from start to finish.
The glass factory was absolutely huge! There were hundreds of beautiful pieces to discover, and the glassblowing demonstration was fascinating. Everything was really well organized, and the whole experience felt authentic. I’d definitely recommend it 100%!
