Murano Glassblowing and VIP Shopping Tour

⭐☆☆☆☆ We are extremely disappointed with this excursion. The service received did not correspond to the option we had booked and looked more like option 2, which is however less expensive. The difference between the two options is, moreover, very poorly explained in the description. Several advertised elements were simply not respected: * The guide arrived late. * It is nowhere indicated that this excursion is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. * The prosecco promised during the tour was never served. * The glass-blowing demonstration, presented as a highlight of the excursion, lasted only about ten minutes. * On the return trip, we had to share the taxi with another family, even though this was not mentioned during booking. The general impression is that this excursion is more oriented toward selling very expensive blown-glass objects, sold in this single shop visited in this package, than toward a genuine cultural discovery. We spent a lot of time in this one single shop($$$)which was not what we were expecting. Given the price paid, the value for money is very disappointing. There are many other excursions offering a much more complete experience for a comparable price. I am sharing this review so that future travelers can book with full knowledge of the facts and avoid the same disappointment as us. I contacted the merchant to let them know my dissatisfaction, but they completely didn't care. We spent a significant amount of time in the showroom being encouraged to purchase glass products, which was not what we expected. Considering the price we paid, the value for money is very poor. There are many other excursions that offer a much better experience for a similar price. I have requested a price adjustment so that I am charged the Option 2 rate, as that is the level of service we actually received. I am leaving this review to help future travelers make an informed decision and avoid the same disappointment we experienced. This is a tourist trap.

Given the price paid, this excursion does not offer good value for money. For a similar rate, it is possible to find much better experiences. Caution, before purchasing tickets from this vendor. We tried to contact the vendor and he refused to negotiate.

Great experience, the glass is unbelievably beautiful. Spending time watching the master artisans was very interesting. A must if in Venice.

The gallery is stunning, with truly unique glass artworks. Some pieces look like they belong in a museum. The quality and creativity are outstanding. It’s much more than simple souvenirs. Beautiful craftsmanship everywhere.

This tour combines culture, craftsmanship, shopping, and a beautifull ride. It’s a complete experience, not just a quick visit. We learned a lot and enjoyed every moment. It’s something we’ll remember from Venice. Highly recommended.

Everything was very well organized from start to finish. Meeting point, transport, visit…Everything went smoothly. The team was helpful and clear. We felt well guided without being rushed. Very reliable service.

Great value for money, especially if you want authentic Murano glass. Prices are better than in many shops in Venice. We found a lovely set of glasses at a reasonable price. It felt like a smart purchase. Highly satisfied.
