Visit the Yame Traditional Craft Center to experience the art of Yame Washi papermaking. Try your hand at this centuries-old craft and shop for unique souvenirs.
Conclude your tour with a visit to the Yame Chuo Dai-chaen, where you can admire the vast expanse of beautiful tea fields. Yame tea is a renowned green tea produced in Fukuoka Prefecture which is is famous for producing high-quality gyokuro, a premium shade-grown green tea.
Dive into Yame's famous tea culture with a visit to Ushijima Seicha tea factory. Learn about the tea production process and the region's rich tea heritage. The factory tours are available from mid-January to mid-June and from late September to mid-December. During the off-season, visits are limited to the Ushijima Seicha shop only. In this case, we offer a complimentary tea pack as a gift!

Yame Tea Plantation Scenery
The tour guide was meticulous, the attractions were fun and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the itinerary was fulfilling. I will come again next time!

Great cultural experience trip
Ms. Gold has lived in Japan for 30 years and has also worked as a volunteer at the museum. She has a very good understanding of Japan's history and humanities and detailed explanations along the way. The guide very kindly treated each member of the team, there was a little sister vomiting, she quickly took the bag to help put the vomiting stuff up, and placed the vomiting in the guide's own position, very patient. The driver is a woman who is 60 years old, drives smoothly and is very kind to each guest, and guests are kindly greeted every time they get in the car. The quality of each experience store with which the company cooperates is good.

A memorable day of Yame tea, crafts and boat trip.
Wonderful tour with everything nicely arranged. The guide Ms Kaneko is great and helpful and has given a lot of useful and interesting information, as well as some fascinating personal experiences. The driver has done a great job bringing us around safely and on schedule, amidst the few congestions we went through. She was super nice and polite too. Thanks for everything. ( ^___^ )

Liu Xiaobo Eight Women Day Tour
The whole trip is relaxed and it is worth recommending to experience the local culture and beauty. The tour guide Ms. Kaneko Aki explained clearly, the service was careful, the driver was polite and the driving technique was good. The whole trip was a pleasure to ride a boat in Liuqawa and blow and listen to the singing of the boatman, the experience and the paper fan are also new and interesting. Finally, enjoy the beautiful view of the Grand Tea Garden, really beautiful.

Fun day trip

Good experience away from dust
