Tour not properly planned

Our tour was put with a Mt Pilatus tour only. As such, the timing of Mt Pilatus and Mt Rigi was ill conceived. We never made the train for the Mt Rigi portion and had to stop the tour after Mt Pilatus. We received a partial refund but what this tour company did without telling us was disappointing.

Beautiful views & experiences of different rides

Salma our guide is very pleasant & friendly. She took good care of everyone & informative…But we did not expect to join the group in Lucern who only did Pilatus….so we ended up wasting time going back to Lucern & couldn’t spend much(planned) time in Rigi.

Guide did not show and was unreachable and did not return calls

We were told to meet at the train station in Lucerne and that more details would follow about an exact location. No one ever sent an exact location, we called the guide 4 times on the morning of the tour starting a half hour before the meeting time and no one answered. We left messages. We went to the train station 20 minutes before the meeting time and no one was there. We asked at information booths where tours leave from and went to those areas. The guide never showed, never answered phone and never returned our calls. We waited until fifteen minutes after the tour was supposed leave and then we did our own thing for the day. We went to Mt Rigi on our own and lake Lucerne and had a wonderful day for much less money. The experience with this tour was terrible.
