We had a private tour and it was great. The pick up was in time, and all the staff (drivers and guide) was really professional. Especially the guide did everything to satisfy our preferences. Good also the breakfast with local and international options. We also never felt rushed as sometimes it happens with group tours so I think that the price is worthed the service.

I really recommend the tour with this tour operator. The guide Bara is super prepared, she supported us from start to finish and found a great spot to watch the sunrise at Bromo. They have many tips to share. The contact with the agency was excellent. Highly recommended!!

Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The pickup was smooth and communication was very clear. The drivers were good, alert and kept us safe and we felt well taken care of by our guide, Rizky who was very patient and always checking in on us. He is also very good with cameras so that really helps us to have a good collection of amazing pictures to remember this place and this trip by. Thank You Rizky.
