The Old Stone Bridge, as well from the Turkish period, connected the banks of Neretva river for centuries, since 1682. Until March 3rd, 1945, when it was destroyed by retreating German troops. It was a rare example of classical Turkish Bridge building.
The Buna canals are one of the most beautiful places in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and this beauty is definitely worth seeing live, regardless of the fact that it is not yet fully organized for tourism and adapted for visits. What is it really about? The Bun canals are the place where the Neretva River flows, and its left tributary, the Buna River, flows into it. What is particularly interesting is that the Buna does not flow directly into the Neretva, but two rivers flow next to each other, and only one part of the Buna crosses travertine barriers and creates beautiful waterfalls and joins the Neretva and flows further towards the Adriatic Sea.
Kravica Waterfall is a favorite Herzegovinian picnic area and summer swimming spot. 3 kilometers downstream from the village of Hrašljani, between the villages of Studenci and Zvirici, the river Trebizat creates a waterfall 28 meters high and a beautiful natural amphitheater 120 meters wide. This natural phenomenon has been attracting many nature lovers for years, and in the summer months, tourists are offered swimming and activities on the river.
This unique settlement, listed as a UNESCO heritage site and recent reconstruction have returned the town to its original form. It was first mentioned in 1444 but some documents show that it was built in the late 14th century upon the order of the Bosnian King Tvrtko.
The Buna river is only nine kilometers long, and there is hardly a river with a shorter course, greater beauty, and greater popularity anywhere in the world.
Blagaj Tekija is a Dervish monastery outside Mostar, Bosnia, that’s nearly 600 years old. Situated at the base of a cliff, next to the source of the river Buna, it’s a unique and picturesque series of buildings that looks even better in person than it does in pictures. The Tekija (or Tekke) was first founded during the height of the Ottoman empire. Time and rock slides have led to extensive repairs and reconstruction to the buildings. Today, thanks largely to a Turkish travel agency, the Tekke looks mostly as it did in the past.
The historic town of Mostar, spanning a deep valley of the Neretva River, developed in the 15th and 16th centuries as an Ottoman frontier town and during the Austro-Hungarian period in the 19th and 20th centuries. Mostar has long been known for its old Turkish houses and Old Bridge, Stari Most, after which it is named. In the 1990s conflict, however, most of the historic town and the Old Bridge, designed by the renowned architect Sinan, was destroyed. The Old Bridge was recently rebuilt and many of the edifices in the Old Town have been restored or rebuilt with the contribution of an international scientific committee established by UNESCO. The Old Bridge area, with its pre-Ottoman, eastern Ottoman, Mediterranean, and western European architectural features, is an outstanding example of a multicultural urban settlement. The reconstructed Old Bridge and Old City of Mostar is a symbol of reconciliation, and of the coexistence of diverse cultural, ethnic and religious communities.
On the Radobolja River, about one hundred and fifty meters upstream from its confluence with the Neretva, there is a small stone bridge with one arch, which is known as the "Crooked Bridge". We find the first mention of him in Ćejvan's trust fund from 1558, where the legator expressly says: "And the income will be spent on the maintenance of his bridge on the Radobolja river". On the basis of this allegation, it can be undoubtedly concluded that the Crooked Bridge was built by Ćejvan (Ćehaja), and that a little before 1558. Therefore, the Crooked Bridge is older than the Old Bridge, which was built in 1566. It should be noted that, according to tradition, the Old Bridge was built on the model of this one.
Entered from a gated courtyard, this 1618 mosque (substantially rebuilt after the war) has a dome painted with botanical motifs and punctuated by coloured-glass windows. You can climb the claustrophobic minaret for sweeping town views.
Shopping time in Mostar at the most unique street and one of the most famous streets in the country. We will spend 30 minutes in the Old Bazaar, and the remaining time will be allocated to travel back to Sarajevo.

We enjoyed our tour with Kenan who was knowledgeable and made the tour interesting and fun with his information, tips and positivity.
The trip was really well organised. The group was small enough to be able to interact with everyone, and Kenan was an absolutely fabulous guide-very knowledgeable, conversational and professional all at the same time. Would book with these guys again!
Great tour and tour guide. Very family friendly you defo get your moneys worth.
I highly recommend this tour, it was amazing to see all the different places and especially Mostar where we spent the most time. Our tour group was 8 people and it was so nice to have a smaller intimate group. Our guide and driver Kenan was amazing, he really knows his stuff and he was an absolute pleasure to have guide us. He had the best recommendations. This tour was awesome and i would definitely go again.
I had a truly wonderful and unforgettable day with Benjamin. I am genuinely grateful for this day. I am grateful for having had the opportunity to see all these beautiful places, and even more grateful for having met Benjamin. I am very happy that I chose to take this trip with him. Benjamin not only planned and organized everything perfectly, but he is also a wonderful and genuinely kind person. He is attentive, communicative, friendly, understanding, and always willing to help. I can honestly say: I got into the car with a tour guide and came back with a truly good friend. And personally, that means even more to me than the wonderful trip itself. Every place we visited was absolutely breathtaking. The entire tour is extremely well structured and thoughtfully planned. I especially liked the way the tour itself is organized. At each location, the guide first provides you with all the important and interesting information about the place, and afterwards you are given enough time to explore it independently and at your own pace. This way, you get all the valuable background information while still having the freedom to discover each place for yourself, take photos, and simply enjoy the surroundings. What I also particularly appreciated was that even when unexpected situations or spontaneous changes came up, Benjamin always had a good solution ready. He discussed any possible changes openly and fairly with everyone involved, making sure that everyone felt comfortable and included in the decision. I have truly grown fond of both the beautiful places we visited and Benjamin himself, and I would be very happy to experience more trips with him in the future. Because travelling with Benjamin does not simply feel like going on an ordinary tour. To me, it genuinely feels like travelling with your own family. I wish Benjamin nothing but the very best, especially good health, happiness, and continued success. I can wholeheartedly recommend him and his tours to anyone. Thank you for an unforgettable day, my friend!
Very, very, very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean, staff very nice. The restaurant was very delicious. We will come back again, that is for sure.
Amazing and fun packed day out. A big thank you to our guide Kenan Ardvić.
This was an excellent way to discover some of the most beautiful places in Herzegovina. The itinerary was very well organized, with enough time to enjoy each stop without ever feeling rushed. Mostar, Kravica Waterfalls, Blagaj and Počitelj were all highlights of the day. A special mention goes to our guide and driver, Kenan, who made the experience even better. He was extremely attentive, friendly and professional throughout the entire day. He also shared interesting historical and local information along the way. His driving was safe and smooth, which was especially appreciated on such a long day with many hours on the road. Kenan’s attention to detail and willingness to help really made a difference and made the whole experience more enjoyable.
