Mosque Cathedral of Cordoba Guided Tour Skip the Line and Ticket

They did refund. They were not there with the umbrella they advertised. We messaged them. The system is TOTALLY BOGUS. Know one was there to reply. No way to contact them. Leaving the next day and NEVER got to see tour.

An excellent guide who was full of enthusiasm and knowledge. I think 15 is about the limit for groups. More than that and it becomes harder for the guide.

Horrible! Our tour left without us because no one at Pancho Tours ever sent them our reservations. Because of this we also were not allowed in with our tickets. We lost time and money.

The guide for this tour did not show up, and did not response to our messages. Viator customer service was friends but unable to help. Your payment system did not work. We were unable to book another tour, after spending 45 frustrating minutes on the phone with your customer representative. A truly awful experience.

Our guide Ana was well-organized, knowledgeable and very passionate about the Mezquita-Catedral. She brought 1000 years of history to life! The place itself was incredible. Anyone going to Córdoba should not miss this!

If I could, I would rate this as "0" stars. The tour operator never showed up and wouldn't answer the phone. The Mosque-Cathedral was the reason we came to Cordoba. Please do not let this review stop you from going to the Mosque-Cathedral, it is amazing. Just use another vendor with Viator.
