A wonderful trip with an amazing guide,Ana, who explained and shared everything perfectly. The driver was very good. I recommend it wholeheartedly!
It was a smooth journey all the way to Kotor with plenty of time for the breaks. Our guide was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable making the experience even more fun.
Kotor and Sveti Stefan are good but the trip is too far and strenuous, unfortunately. I am aware that there are things travel providers do not control, such as the infrastructure itself, but there is a chain reaction and it starts as soon as I step onto the van. I was the first to meet and I had to wake up so early, but when you have to wait for passengers from Dürres, you have to wait at the edge of Tirana first, and they didn't have documents yet for the border, so we still had to wait at the edge of Tirana. And on the way back, we were waiting again because another bus had to pick up passengers first who were going to Dürres. The unnecessary waiting times are a huge minus. The chain reaction lies in the preparation of travel providers. Plus, there is so little communication at the start, as I said, we waited at the edge of Tirana and they said nothing about it until I asked myself. Every break during the trip unnecessarily prolonged the trip. I can certainly have high standards, but this was not ideal, unfortunately. I hope they learn more about preparation and communication in the future; to ensure necessary documents in good time and to communicate continuously if there is a waiting period in no man's land. 2 out of 5 because Kotor and Sveti Stefan are beautiful destinations, but both unchosen and chosen structures make the trip really long and exhausting.
Ana was very knowledgeable and looked after everyone. If you are planning on activities in the evening or making plans dont do this. You may return early or late depending on traffic- just sit back and relax. Kotor is a must to visit!
Beautiful experience, wonderful place. Long journey but quiet and the driver was an excellent driver😀 Ana, our guide, was very pleasant and engaging, she explained a bit of the history of Montenegro to us and it was very interesting. Overall an excellent tour. Thank you 😊
Good value for Money. Analysis, the tour guide was exceptional.
Amazing experience. It was great to hear about the history of Albania and Montenegro. The tour guide (Anna) was very knowledgeable and funny. I would definitely recommend this tour.
Very happy with the tour and our guide! Everything was very well organised and perfectly punctual. Kotor is absolutely beautiful and definitely not to be missed!
Montenegro itself is very beautiful but this tour is absolutely challenging! First of all they moved our pickup time up by 90mins so we had to be there by 5am and rather than pick up at the hotel which is what it stated, we had to find our way to some other destination to join the bus which was another hassle so early in the morning. Its a ridiculously long drive to and from Montenegro and you barely get any time there - we spent maybe 14hrs on the road and 3 hours only to see the city. It says St Stefan but you literally get no time and don't even get to go down there. Our tour guide Ana while knowledgeable needs a lot more coaching on customer service. She was quite militant and a tad rude and lacked empathy and time management skills. She and the driver also spoke nonstop extremely loudly which was entertaining for them but a nightmare for us as passengers who could barely have the peace and quiet on a very long drive. This was definitely not my favorite tour and the traffic was horrid that you would think we would get to stay til midnight so we actually have time in the city and then drive back when folks could sleep. It essentially is an expensive transportation service with very little touring. I wouldnt recommend!
The city of Kotor is a beautiful city that is well worth a visit. This tour is very long and allows you to visit Kotor for a total of three hours. We were picked up in front of our hotel at 4:50 am and returned at 11:00 pm, a day of more than 18 hours. The problem is that we had the same bus driver for the entire tour. He therefore had to work for more than 19 consecutive hours, an illegal and dangerous practice. For this reason, I cannot recommend this tour.
