Molokini Crater is Maui’s most iconic snorkeling destination—a protected marine preserve just three miles offshore with crystal-clear water, vibrant coral and hundreds of species of tropical fish. Visibility can reach an incredible 150 feet on a good day. Jump into the protected inner waters and explore the reef while our friendly crew joins you in the water to assist and point out interesting marine life. Snorkel gear and flotation are provided, with instruction available for anyone who needs it.

The meeting point is Please arrive 30 minutes before departure. Check-in begins 30 minutes prior, and boarding closes 10 minutes before departure. Meet us at Slip #72 in Maʻalaea Harbor, at the end of the jetty. The vessel departs promptly and cannot wait for late arrivals.. Hotel pickup is not part of this experience.

Excellent snorkeling and boat experience. Captain Chase and his crew Braxton, Meagan, and Nate did an amazing job in making the trip a wonderful experience. The breakfast and lunch provided were both good. We got to see some beautiful fish, and even dolphins on our way back in from Molokini Crater.

Friendly crew, great service, helpful with kids. What I liked best was that the trip was not a straight line to the crater and back. They followed the coast, wrapped around Molokini, and gave you a full experience. This trip should be a must for first time visitors and this crew was top notch!

Brandon and the crew were awesome! We did not have a lot of wind, but they definitely made every attempt to sail as much as possible. Breakfast and lunch were much better than expected, and they make a mean cocktail. The snorkeling and the whales were also incredible! I would highly recommend, but don’t be late! they like to leave exactly on time!!

We had a very memorable trip out to Molokini and back. Brandon, Jen/Jess and Joey did a great job. We saw lots of whales, had a great snorkel at Molokini Crater and saw even more humpback whales on the trip back.

This was a great experience. We saw at least 50 whales and had a magical experience snorkeling in the Molokini crater. The crew (AJ, Brandon, Jeff) were amazing and helped make sure that all of us were comfortable. Breakfast, lunch and coffee was provided, and we overall ended up having a very comfortable luxury adventure experience. I strongly recommend this for all travelers!

So great. We messed up reading the instructions and arrived close to departure and then had trouble finding where to go but they waited for us and we were so glad the did. The boat is beautiful and the ride over was even more beautiful. We saw whales both directions. The crew was great! The food and service on the boat was top notch. Great boating experience. Our car did get towed. If you park in the dirt in the harbor lot, make sure you don’t have any wheels on the concrete.
