Choose your Milan Cooking Class: Pizza & Gelato, Pasta & Tiramisu, or the Pizza & Gelato Family Option with up to 50% savings for kids & teens. Cook with professional local chefs in downtown Milan. Make authentic Italian pizza from scratch with fresh dough and toppings, or prepare fresh pasta, tagliatelle, ravioli and seasonal sauces. Depending on your option, enjoy a chef-led artisan gelato-making show & tasting or prepare classic tiramisu step by step. The Family Option combines hands-on pizza making with a fun live gelato show & tasting, with soft drinks for children and wine for adults. After class, sit down and enjoy what you prepared. All options include professional chef guidance, fresh ingredients, apron, cooking utensils, digital recipe booklet and Graduation Certificate. Options are separate, not cumulative. The food was excellent, the cooking techniques and tips were really helpful, and the class was the perfect length of time. Such a fun way to spend time together learning to make the food that we love. Matteo was such an awesome wand host and I would recommend him again to anyone. 5 stars!

We had gone last year with one of my kids on a trip from the U.S., and it was so good I returned the next year on another trip with another of my kids—my pickiest eater. The class was fun and informative, with the right balance of hands on cooking and instruction—nothing too intimidating, but also much more than just a demonstration. The pizzas we made were excellent, and the gelato and waffle cups were great, too! Highly recommend. Note that the cooking school is on the second floor of the mercato. Signage downstairs isn’t great, but find stairs and go up. Once there, it is at the end of the hall.
Pizza and Gelato class was so much fun. Learned how to make an amazing pizza crust. The class size and space were perfect.
This was the highlight of my visit in Milan! Matteo was the best and I truly appreciated the food!
It was so much fun! We learnt a lot and it feels like a memory we can take home and keep reliving as we cook the food. The chef was really knowledgeable and engaging. He made us feel welcome in the class and that any questions were welcome. It was really accessible for me in my wheelchair and the chef helped me to work out exactly how I could do everything in terms of height of the counter and moving the pizza to the oven. It was lovely to meet people from all over the world in the class. The environment was friendly and relaxed, and really well organised. There were drinks on offer through the whole class. This was the best thing of our whole holiday. Thank you!

The pizza class was a lot of fun. Our i structor name started with an F, sorry I can’t spell it. We went with our 16 year old son who really enjoyed the class as well! Our instructor was personable and fun, making sure we understood every step and gives instructions for you to take home. We also learned how to make gelato and waffle cups! The pizza and gelato was so good. You will not be hungry after this class. We enjoyed lots of prosecco and he had soft drinks as well. If you wanted more- you just asked and they had plenty. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this class! The place is a bit difficult to find so make sure you give yourself time to get there.
