Here are the step by step instructions: STEP 1 - Check your phone Upon landing you will receive a text message (SMS) with the driver and car’s info STEP 2 - Go to Baggage Claim area Follow the signs to the baggage claim area (LL) even if you have not checked in any luggage STEP 3 - Contact your driver Once you are ready to go, luggage in hand, locate exit Door 2LL and contact your driver directly (call or text) STEP 4 - Wait on the middle lane Walk outside, cross over the 1st lane and wait on the middle lane (limousine lane). The driver should be there within 5 minutes. IMPORTANT - if you cannot get in touch with the driver directly, please call our office. We are open 24/7. We track all inbound flights. If the flight is delayed, the driver will be at the airport based on the actual arrival time. If we DO NOT hear from you during the included waiting time, the trip will be a NO-SHOW and the client will be charged in full. Proof of call/text/GPS logs available. Extra waiting charges must be collected by the driver. 60 minutes free wait time for all airport pick-ups, after that wait charges apply.

Our driver Sam arrived early to pick up our party of four. He carefully loaded our luggage into the SUV. He made sure we were all comfortable and proceeded with delivering us to Union Station without incident. Sam was a very courteous driver even showing us points of interest. Would definitely recommend Echo Limousine.

Exceeded Expections -
Seamless transfer from Midway to our hotel downtown. Driver pulled up minutes after we arrived at the pickup spot. Most luxurious SUV we have ever been in, spotlessly clean, with a very polite and attentive driver. We were downtown 30 minutes before we thought possible. Will use this service again.

Holiday Pickup
First time ever going in a Limo. Got some quotes and your's was the best price. Picked me up at the right time on Thanskgiving Day to the Midway airport. Very pleasant person. Gave him a great tip. Took only 20 mins to get there. But of course it was pickup at 430AM
