I Googled local city tour and selected. The driver/tourist guide is a local grown woman with ample knowledge of the local culture. I enjoyed the full 3-1/2 hours tour.

We arrived on time for the Miami City Tour and were already seated together on the bus. Just before the bus departed, the attendant suddenly singled my partner and me out and asked us to leave the bus. Other passengers who arrived after us were then allowed to board and take our places. We were moved to another bus and told that we would have to sit separately, without being given a choice. We found this very unfair, especially since we had arrived on time and were already seated together. We insisted that we did not want to be separated, and the bus eventually left without us, forcing us to wait and take the next bus. The experience was disappointing because we felt singled out without any reasonable explanation. The attendant was also dismissive when we tried to explain our concerns and did not seem to understand why the situation was upsetting. We appreciated the courtesy of the boat cruise that was offered afterward, but unfortunately, it did not take away from how we were treated. The tour itself had enjoyable aspects, but the way this situation was handled significantly affected our overall experience.

This was an excellent tour to get a good overview of Miami and see the diversity of some of its neighborhoods. Our guide for the 1:30 tour on the 17th was great, he offered lots of details and was helpful with guests, ensuring it was a great experience for all. Great value for the price. Meeting spot was convenient, guides were very friendly and charismatic. Once in the van the guide kept the vibes pumping with music and banter. You are taken to view different spots throughout Miami and given the opportunity to take pictures. If I had to give one recommendation it would be to lengthen the Little Havana stop. By that time it’s past lunch so you have to choose between shopping or grabbing a quick bite. It would have been great if you could do both. But it was awesome and I would certainly recommend it to others going to Miami for the first time.

We were greeted by a gentleman that quickly checked us in when we showed up in front of Victoria's secret in the mall. Which is the instructions that they gave us. They were spot on with the green t-shirts and the black Vans. When Fancy. Nancy showed up, I just knew it was going to be a fun freaking day! She is full of life and energy and we were so excited to do this tour. We did a walking food tour several years ago so we knew there was a couple of spots in Little Havana that we wanted to visit. But this tour, takes you through wynwood, downtown. Downtown are you, South Beach, Little Havana, several areas. And let me tell you what.. Nancy knows her way around this place! I was thoroughly impressed on how she was able to maneuver in between all the different one-way streets and City blocks, especially with construction, she did an incredible job! And I'm a little claustrophobic so she allowed me to sit in the front seat with her. HUGE for me. She's so knowledgeable about the area about the history, about the upcoming projects that are happening in the city of Miami, all the things that make the trip worthwhile. We went to Star Island, and saw all the front Gates of Superstars such as Jennifer Lopez, Gloria Estefan, p. Diddy, Will Smith, Rihanna, and much more. She knew the history and the stories behind all of it. Her knowledge of each of the neighborhoods she took us to, was unparalleled. We get to get off the bus for an hour in Little Havana, allowing us time to go shop or eat on our own time. Time. The only thing I can say that was NOT her fault was we had a group of three people that kept coming back late which caused the tour to continuously be late. The only thing I have to say about that.. is the way we do things in the USA is to be on time, listen to the tour guide, and respect other people's schedules. I swear to goodness. I feel like these people just cared about themselves and not about being a part of the group.
