DON"T BOTHER FLAKED OUT ON US

Don't go. Super flaky. The class was canceled with two hours notice. We could not get our 2 kids in another class as everything was sold out and we were leaving the city the next day. Very disappointing. Find another host who is more reliable.

Operator response

We understand how disappointing this was, especially given your tight schedule. Our team worked hard to find an alternative host, but unfortunately, it was beyond our control. We value your feedback and will take necessary steps to ensure such situations are avoided in the future. Please contact us directly so we can make this right for you. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, What To Do In Cancun Customer service team
