For International passengers when booking your trip please let us know if you have global entry or you have to go through customs. 3.Airport pickup: For curbside airport pick up the chauffer may take 15 minutes or more due to traffic, because the chauffer is 10 minutes away from the terminal and also, we need to pick up airport stamp and to get that you have to go through lots of traffic (Busy time's/Holidays). 4.We offer hotel pickup service from any hotel within the Chicagoland area. Our comprehensive booking system is fully automated and meticulously organized. You will receive notifications 24 hours prior to your reservation, as well as updates at each stage of your journey, from en route, arrival, to drop-off. 5.Meet & greet is not included in the service only curbside pickup. If you have extra luggage, just give us a heads up ahead of time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Remember, we only stow luggage in the trunk, not inside the vehicle. Also, please inform us if you have any oversized items like ski or golf bags.
