Maria is the founder of that experience in Paros and as expected the most viral Chef/cook worldwide concerning Greece. Step by step the past 20 years has established that reputation which is a reason not only visiting Paros , but also Greece. Discover step by step how to prepare a complete Greek meal, from appetizers to desserts, with fresh local products. At the end of the lesson, you will all enjoy the specialties you prepared together, accompanied by local Parian wine in the restaurant garden, by the pool. At the end of the lesson Greek recipes will be given as a souvenir of your Greek gastronomic culture. Private Cooking Lesson Private cooking lesson is taking place on request- providing similar program as the individual one.

I took this class back in October with a friend and returned to Greece again in August for a wedding. My boyfriend and I decided to extend the trip into a vacation and when we agreed to go to Paros, doing this again was a non-negotiable. I already knew I would love it since I took the class before, but he had no idea what he was walking into and he absolutely loved it. The staff is funny, helpful and lively. The food is delicious. And it’s so fun connecting with other people from around the world and making a meal together. I highly recommend this 🫶🏼

A really fun and well organized cooking class. We made 7 dishes with a class of 16. The outdoor setting is wonderful and you get more than 60 recipes to take home. Lots of wine to accompany the class. I took the class with my 16 year olds and they loved it!

If you cannot have fun here stay home. The host Maria is a 62 year old authentic Greek Samson who grew up cooking utilizing centuries old recipes past on by her family. The setting is an open air restaurant complete with tables to prepare the food . She has many staff apprentices however she is the star . You pair a 7 course Greek meal from scratch all the while drinking wine and listening to all genres of music . She explains the history of the good and do many small tips that create a sensational experience. The complete group , participants share a long rectangular table are involved in the creation of the 7 courses all participating at each course . Once the food is in the oven , Greek dancing is taught and all participate . Afterwards you eat the spoils of your hard work . Her team and herself are truly authentic and make the evening such a memory. Old/young , introverted/ extroverted , vegetation or carnivore all will appreciate her for her genuiness . Very interactive, and fun! Food was excellent. Wine and conversation with new friends flowed all night. This is a must do!
