we pickup from all major tourist areas of east samos ( but not the remote ones like kerveli or possidonio ) . There is a bus transfer from most of the hotels in those areas ( or stations ) . Guests wait outside the Hotels and bus stops to pick them up.

A genuine rip-off. The tour operator left us stranded, claiming we were not present at the pickup point (false), and after they had passed by with a car because there were only a few of us, and not with the bus as indicated in the reservation! They even denied us a refund. To be avoided
the tour on that day had 10 participants from that specific pickup spot and 8 of them where on time and took part at the excursion .This says everything about the actual situation We are proud to be on time as per our itinerary and we dont accept to give refunds so that we .......... dont get bad reviews . Next time you book an excursions try to be on time at the right spot.
Despite being present on time at the indicated pickup point, they left us stranded, claiming first that we were not there and then that instead of a bus as indicated in the booking, they had come by car because there were only a few of us. We didn’t hike but drove was a lovely village with a good taverna at the very top .There are shops selling crafts hand made jewellery wooden gifts wines and more The taverna sold wine from the wooden Cask not bottles very delicious lots of cats in Samos
