Harry was a very instructional and entertaining guide through the whole process. Walking away from this experience with no only a functioning knife but also the method to maintain all kitchen knives from now on. 10/10 would do again

If you enjoy cooking or knives, this is the place for you! Japan is well known for their knives and having a place where you can learn how to appropriately sharpen a kitchen knife and walk away with it was great! There is an up charge for some of the bigger knives but no need to feel like you need to pay it. The knife included with your purchase is already good.

I really enjoyed the knife sharpening course. The instructor was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I learned a lot about proper sharpening techniques and had plenty of hands-on practice. A great experience for anyone who wants to improve their knife skills.The grieving was an fun experience to.Highly recommend ;)
