This was such a fun cooking class. Loved learning about the dishes and the importance of the ingredients for the dishes. The instructors get everyone involved in the cooking process.

Great experience, learnt so much and super friendly guides! Loved the experience.
This was amazing. 5 stars does not sufficiently describe how great this experience was. It deserves atleast 6 or even 7 stars. Our host Brooks was bussin and our chef Kevin was single ladies. Overall, would pay to cook my own food again
Excellent experience! They were very knowledgeable and friendly
We enjoyed this experience. The host was fantastic and made everyone feel welcome. For me there was not enough involvement and the chef didn’t seem that interested overall. Everyone has a little bit of chopping for paella although I had to share this with my son, despite him paying full price. Sangria was good but there wasn’t enough really. Churros were made without the group being present. No explanation of sauce. Portions weren’t that big. I don’t want this to sound all bad. We had a good time and met some interesting people. It was just a bit expensive for a family of four with limited amount of paella (2 prawns each) and sangria. Host was very engaging. With a bit of tweaking, this could be amazing.
The paella and churros class was extremely fun and simple. For us it was a relaxing lunch to learn how to make some delicious food and drinks. Our host Brooks in particular kept everything light and fun as well as gave some great recommendations around Madrid while waiting for some cook times! Would recommend.
So friendly and hospitable! Thank you again!
Had a great time during this class with Brooks and Antonio. Both made the class very enjoyable and hands on. Our group was a mix of a family, a couple, and a solo traveler and it was fun for everyone. Would highly recommend to anyone and the food and drinks were fantastic
The crew was great and the instructions were very clear and encouraging. I would do this again the next time I'm in Madrid.
Excellent experience and food we learn with others. We loved the experience. Brooks and Anthonio were excellent to help and direct us. We ate an excellent paella and churros as well as drank sangria we made. I recommend this experience.
