Prompt, clean, safe
My first driver, (arriving) Rocio was an absolute pleasure. We had a lovely chat and she had many suggestions about where to go and what to see. I hope she reads this and hears that I enjoyed her dinner recommendation. My second driver (departing) was very warm and professional. Both drivers were prompt, safe, and had clean vehicles.
