Featuring a spacious saloon, covered cockpit, NZ timber panelling, 3 illuminated cabins, Tiua is a luxury 53ft long sailing catamaran. She is fully equipped for enjoyment, comfort and safety. The large main cockpit table folds together to comfortably seat 10 for entertaining and dining. Tiua is suitable for all weather sailing, making her a great choice to visit the Māori Rock Carvings in any weather.

- Departs from Taupo Marina. (Redoubt St), Check-in at Berth # 16/17, 20 minutes before scheduled departure. Check-in closes 15 minutes before scheduled departure. Boarding time 10 minutes before scheduled departure
- People failing to show up for check in will not be refunded.
- In the event of quickly changing bad weather and lake conditions, it may not be possible to view the Maori Rock Carvings, this decision is made at the discretion of the skipper for the health and safety of all on board the vessel
- Please let us know in advance if you have medical issues. The skipper has the last call on check in to decide if the trip is suitable regarding medical issues due to health and safety regulations.

The boat was beautiful, the trip was relaxing, and we had a wonderful time on the water. Highly recommended for a fun and memorable experience.
Our skipper for the day Dave did a great job of navigating the waters safely. Our host Morgan made sure we were comfortable by providing hot beverages and even offering blankets as it was a cold day when I went, he also gave us plenty of facts about the crater lake itself and the story behind the Maori rock carvings.
Loved the experience and the crew the hospitality was amazing along with the lake itself, we went on a cloudy day but it was beautiful nonetheless. I learnt so much about the water and the land, Its a great tourist attraction and a fun thing to do with friends! (also great if you love taking photos) Got to sit on beanbags at the front of the boat which was a great spot to chill. When the wind picked up we were even brought out a blanket which was really nice (we were being stubborn, thanks Danny 🤦😹) and made us felt well taken care of. Overall 0 complaints. Had a really good time. Thanks!

Had the best few hours on the boat. The weather was unreal and there were just two others on board. Going on the early morning slot was great as meant we were the only boat at the carvings. A beautiful boat and a great guide to chat with :)
