Driver was nice, not talkative, took care of our luggage, had some difficulty finding where we were staying and ended up getting dropped off at the wrong location & had to walk a few blocks. My husband left his bag in the vehicle with his wallet and passport and the driver brought it to us which we were very thankful!
Efficient, friendly and on time. Met us inside the terminal. Roomy vehicle and helped with luggage. Arrived at hotel on time.
This was a seamless experience. My flight was early and the driver was waiting promptly as I exited the Baggage Claim. The car was clean and cool during the heat wave, and my driver was considerate when I wanted to rest during the ride.
The Viator website kept saying that the pickup time was 6 AM. It was 8:45 PM and the provider was clear on that. It caused confusion on my end. The website never got corrected (even after several emails) but everything else worked fine. The driver was great.
It’s the best. My driver met me outside the exit and safely and expeditiously drove me to my hotel. It was the perfect welcome to Milano.
Giovanni was wonderful and easy to find after customs and baggage claim. I communication with him each step to ensure he was aware of our whereabouts in the airport.
Our flight got canceled and they told us … don’t worry we will ‘just move the time, no extra charge’. Our new flights got delayed and once again we were told no problem. When we arrived, Luca (our driver) was there to meet us … great guy 10/10
