Top Tier Tour, Fantastic, no scams.

Fantastic tour! Ahmed was super knowledgeable, and had so many great things to show us! He showed us what certain hieroglyphics translated to and which ones were super important. The driver Micheal drove smoothly and this tour was truly exceptional!

VIP tour west bank Nile Luxor

I did a solo tour of the West Bank of the Nile and it turned out to be one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. The itinerary was perfectly balanced — covering the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and the Temple of Habu, with enough time to explore each site without feeling rushed. From the moment I was picked up, everything ran smoothly. The driver was punctual, professional, and made the ride through Luxor’s scenic countryside feel completely safe and comfortable. But the real highlight was my guide, Gabriel. His storytelling brought ancient Egypt to life — every wall carving, every statue had a fascinating tale behind it. His passion and depth of knowledge about Egyptian history were unmatched, and his warm, genuine personality made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We ended the tour with a peaceful lunch overlooking the Nile, where Gabriel continued to share insights about local culture and life in modern-day Luxor. If you’re visiting Egypt and want to see the West Bank in a meaningful, well-paced way — this tour is absolutely worth it. Thank you, Gabriel, for making my short trip to Luxor so memorable! Best guide I’ve ever had. 🙏✨

Good tour, but needs improvements.

Communication between the tour operator and ourselves was good - they contacted us in advance and advised of what time we would be collected and also asked if we wanted to see any additional tombs while we were at the valley of the kings which we did. The prices for the tombs through the operator were a bit inflated - for Seti I they charged €44pp ($50) whereas online you can get them on the official valley of the kings site for €31 ($35). Similar for Ay and Ramses V and VI they inflated the prices by about €($)1/1.5 per ticket per tomb. Additionally, they charged an extra fee of €4.5/$5 per tomb "for the driver and tour guide" - so to see the 3 extra tombs cost us €133 ($151) but in reality should have cost us €78 plus maybe an extra €20 max for the 20 extra minutes the driver had to wait - so a bit ripped off there but we paid for the convenience of it and didn't try to haggle so maybe it could have been negotiated. Regardless, the tacking on of extra fees per tomb for the driver and guide seemed like a way of just milking cash out of tourists when the prices for the tombs had already been inflated, those inflations should have already covered extra costs for the driver and guide. The driver and the guide arrived bang on time and were pleasant to deal with - our guide, Aladdin, was very knowledgeable about all of the sites and had excellent English - you could tell he was passionate about Egypts history and he was able to answer any questions we had so we were very happy with his part in the tour and we were happy to have him as a guide, he made sure that noone hassled us either. The driver was also lovely to deal with and the car was comfortable and air conditioned. The day was very full on, there is a lot packed in, but you see everything and you're well looked after by the guide and the driver. The lunch stop over by Colossi of memnon was actually really good, the tagine and shwarma were delicious to be fair. The noble tombs were amazing, we saw 2 tombs and the tomb of Sinnefer with the grapes on the ceiling was incredibly well preserved. Just amazing. We stopped off at two shops throughout the day - one for papyrus art and another for stone art. There was no pushiness to purchase anything, the people in the shops were respectful so you could actually look around without bother - sometimes these places can be awful but these two shops were high standard and high quality, with nice staff so I don't think there's any issues here, people just need to know they'll be stopping here too like with other tours. The felluca ride was a let down, the way it's described in the tour is not reality - it's basically hopping onto the felluca, unlocking for about 20/25min - sailing about 150m from the pier, anchoring, doing a dance and then heading back to the pier. Not a true felluca sailing experience, felt like a bit of a tick the box excercise and poorly planned by the company. We got dropped back to our hotel after the felluca ride, we asked the guide what the story was with the light show later but he said that he didn't know because the company had only hired him for the first part of the day, that it must be something separate the company was organising to pick us up later. I followed up with the tour company and they text to say that the driver would be back to pick us up for the sound and light show at 7.30pm. The driver was there bang on time again, so great punctuality on the drivers part. We got brought down to the temple and dropped off, we asked the driver did he have the tickets, but he didn't know either and he didn't have them. We didn't know was the show free or what so we went in and then we realised that you actually did need tickets and the company never confirmed or organised for the tickets to be provided to us. This ended up costing us an additional €34 ($38) and at this point given that we'd overpaid for the tombs already, which we had accepted for the convenience, we just felt ripped off. Overall we overpaid by around €90($102) between the company over charging for tombs and then not providing tickets for the sound and light show. In fairness to the driver, he was there for us after the sound and light and he brought us to a restaurant, and came in with us to make sure we were looked after before he left - so the driver was great. Overall the tour itself during the day was enjoyable. The guide, Aladdin, was great and doing a tour without a guide would have been a waste of time because you learn so much from them, so props to Aladdin - (good photographer too!). I didn't get the drivers name, but he did a great job too. The company: You let yourselves down with overcharging for the additional tombs, poorly planned and over promising felluca rides and failing to include tickets to the sound and light show in the tour. I'm giving this 3* for the above.
