I had a very pleasant experience with the taxi Enterprise in Hurghada. The driver was punctual, friendly and professional. The journey from the airport to the hotel was smooth and comfortable, and the return journey was just as pleasant. The Service was reliable and the Price quality ratio very good. I can definitely recommend this taxi Enterprise and would book again on my next stay!

We booked a private driver to pick us up from our hotel at 10am as we had a flight to catch. The car was 30 minutes late and only came after we contacted Viator to follow-up with the local company directly as they were not responding to our messages. We were instead picked up by a local taxi company (not a private limousine as advertised and as paid for). The driver was nice but he told us he had just been called to give us a drive. There clearly was no communication from the company internally and with us as customers. The local company later claimed there was an issue with the original driver which they resolved in three minutes which clearly was untrue as they came 30 minutes late!

Driver showed up early, was very polite and most importantly drove safe. Communication was excellent. Vehicle was new and very clean.

This was a private transfer from Aswan to Luxor. Booked just the day before at a very competitive price. Car arrived at a last minute change of rendezvous, no problem. Car of excellent quality and very clean, Mahmoud my driver was extremely courteous and helpful. This is not any easy road,even in daylight, Mahmoud was on it all the way and i felt relaxed and safe the entire journey. Highly recommend.
