Luxe Black Car Transfer – Cap Cana, Bavaro & Punta Cana Airport

The driver was very nice and professional, and the ride itself was good. However, we did have a long wait to be picked up. I was also disappointed because I specifically booked the Luxe Black Car Transfer based on the pictures showing the truck decorated with flowers, drinks, and a special setup. When we were picked up, the truck was not decorated at all, and I was told those items would be an additional cost. I feel like that should have been made clear when booking because the pictures made it seem like the special setup was included with the Luxe experience.

Booked on wrong day they refused to refund or change date! I don’t think that is professional or fair.

We had an amazing driver. Drove us directly to our resort while also communicating and telling us about the island.

We are very happy to have a driver like Mr. Rhadames López; he is a very attentive and extremely intelligent man. He told us everything we needed to know about Punta Cana. Naturally, when I come back to Punta Cana, I would like him to be the one to take us to where we are staying—he was the one who drove us to the Barceló Bávaro Palace.

I would definitely recommend HQT was at the airport and resort on time for pick up and very helpful and professional definitely would use them again if I was to travel to Punta Cana

It was perfect, the service was friendly and professional. Car was clean and the size we needed for me, wife, two kids. This is our third year using HQT and always worth it.

This was our 2nd time with HQT and would recommend again!! Once you navigate through the mass of people at the airport, get your way outside. Then you'll have to just look at all the signs for your name. God bless the taxi driver that got us to the right place. After that, smooth sailing. Our driver was very professional and friendly without being intrusive.

He was very friendly. He helped with what we didn’t understand. We requested him for pick up to return home and he made sure we got to the right place on time.

Great experience. It was our first time in the DR. The pickup process was easy. My sister was at a different terminal and the driver was so patient with finding her. He took time to make sure we located our airbnb -as it was not the clearest instructions. return was just as smooth. car was nice, clean and comfy. overall 10/10.
