- The activity at the sanctuary lasts approximately 3 hours. The remaining time is spent on travel, which varies depending on your hotel location (Pattaya or Bangkok).
- Due to unpredictable traffic conditions, travel time for this tour from Bangkok may vary between 3 - 4 hours round trip and could be longer in heavier traffic. We do not recommend scheduling any fixed appointments after the tour.
- The 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. times shown in the options are estimated pickup times at your hotel or meeting times at the designated meeting point, not arrival times at the sanctuary. We may send you an updated pickup time on the evening before your travel date if necessary.

Trip of a lifetime! Amazing experiences! We got to get close to elephants and touch and feed them! Wow!!!!!!! We learned all about them ! Jumbo our guide was incredible! Don’t go go to Thailand without going here!
Beautiful landscape, beautiful creatures, beautiful people and a extremely funny guide. Very Good experience with a lifetime memory. It was very funny to feed them observe them from the closest distance and also at the end bathing with them. I recommend everyone to visit this place.
It was an amazing experience. Seeing how much people care for the elephants was and is priceless. They all look so happy . Our guide (aka crazy guy) was very funny , helpful and knowledgeable .

A REAL sanctuary. This is what i love to see, animals being animals, the freedom to do what they want without being told what to do, The experience was amazing, my driver was on time, the introduction was humorous, the staff was patient & willing to answer any questions while making sure to take the best pictures. We got to explore the sanctuary and see where these lovely elephants get to live Freely. An amazing experience overall.

I went on this trip as a 23 year old solo female and felt so safe and welcomed by the guides, it was an absolutely amazing experience and I would recommend to anyone travelling solo or with family. You also get to swim with the elephants which was incredible!! It’s clear that the elephants are taken very well care of!! The visit was around 3 hours long and it was definitely worth the cost of the trip and more!

This was an incredible experience! Imagine being wisked to the jungle and seeing elephants in their own peaceful sanctuary! Upon departing the tour van, you are cheerfully greeted by staff who introduce you to each elephant by name and share a bit about each elephant’s history and personality! You will be taught how to safely and kindly interact with these amazing creatures. Next, you will feed them mini bananas and sugarcane, followed by a walk in their sanctuary to meet the other elephants who are eating and playing with grass. Some knock coconuts out of the trees for an extra special treat. After that, join them in the shallow watering hole for some gentle water play. A delicious lunch is prepared by locals. What could be better! Your tour cost and visit helps keep the sanctuary going! Worth a journey outside the busy city of Bangkok!
