It was okay. Potential for my fun, but it was crowded. I didn’t realize the boat would be mostly enclosed glass. So that made it feel even more crowded. We booked for the day prior, but they mentioned it was a mechanical issue so requested we go the following day. I discovered someone else was asked to move their days from the day after to that day as well. So it seems booking a large group is intentional and we were moved to make that happen. I get the business aspect of it, but the service aspect was uncomfortable. The music got fun towards the end, but still get crowded boat. If asked to move your dates, I would recommend requesting a refund and booking something else. Wine was good and chilled.

It was a super top experience. All crew very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we arrived late , and the boat was about to leave , and as soon as we arrived they crashed and we got on board .

Had an amazing personalized tour of the sights in Lisbon harbour. Owner was very knowledgeable of Portuguese history. Loved the small launch that we toured in!

A fantastic trip up and down the river. Lovely boat, nice drinks. Lisbon sights from the water were superb. The boat had a luxury feeling. The captain and 2nd mate were good hosts, very friendly. I would highly recommended.

We were at the meeting place to take the boat. someone came to tell us that the excursion will not take place because too much wind;. We return to our hotel about 5km by taxi. Five minutes after arriving, we receive a call saying we were expected. We explain and say it was someone else. We explained that we were not going to take a taxi again?? He said he was gonna pay us back. To date we have not received anything. Are they dishonest??
Guide was RUDE AT WELCOME told be off the bat. You’re the guy. They contacted me twice yesterday before. I could even answer to give you the instructions and I said yeah I was texting you to ask you to give me the link so I could make sure of where you’re located. Since I read nightmares about it. This man was absolutely the rudest. There’s no one there at the gate to welcome you. He came up at 9:57. Had no idea if we were really in the right place. Just wanted to make sure do not do this cruise. I don’t care what the man is an absolute RUDE RUDE RUDE man. He cancelled our trip!!!!
This review is based on false and misleading facts by someone that himself is an arrogant and rude person. This customer was received at the time of the tour with all the politeness and kindness we treat ALL our customers on all our tour rides. During the check-in process, an employee of Ondas d'Ângelo was offended and insulted, due to the "lack of an explicit indication of the meeting point" (from the customer's perspective, because all information is in our pages, but he didn't care to look at). It should be noted that we work with customers coming from Viator on a daily basis and there have never been any problems regarding the meeting point by the thousands that already did our tours. After this situation, and in accordance with the right of admission we have on Ondas d'Ângelo, we decided to cancel this customer's reservation (with full refund) because we try to avoid rude arrogant and disrespectful people on our premises.
We highly recommend this trip. Pedro is an excellent tour guide and sailor. He has a very good knowledge of the history of Lisbon and Portugal.

Lovely ride and very nice guide/captain that provided us a nice narrative. The boat was especially comfortable. My only concern was the lack of information to find the location where the boat launched. They said Pier 3. However no signage to confirm you are in the correct location. Our guide didn’t show up until 2 minutes after the scheduled time and didn’t have our correct names. I think a sign confirming the company name, tour time and name of the tour needs to be displayed at the entrance to the pier. We nearly walked away since we didn’t find any signage about our tour nor any staff to help.
