My driver, Luis, was excellent—he arrived on time, was very personable, and shared interesting insights about Lisbon during the ride. However, I am disappointed with the cost of this airport transfer through Viator. My hotel was only 6.5 kilometers from the airport, and while an Uber would have cost around $11 (or $18 for Uber Black), this booking costs $47. I reached out to customer support the evening before my departure and was told that the price was competitive with local rates, but that simply wasn’t the case. Even standard taxi fares were significantly lower. I'm leaving this review so future travelers can make a more informed decision before booking.
Our driver was on time, courteous and friendly. She transported us from our hotel to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

Our driver , Victor arrived at the time we were scheduled to depart to the airport. He was very professional and pleasant. He drove us on a brand new Mercedes Benz. We were extremely satisfied with the service.

Viator sent wrong car - way to small - could not fit bags or tall person. Crammed in with bags on laps.

The driver did not show up on the time scheduled. We had to arrange a taxi to take us to the airport. I requested a refund but have not heard back from Viator.
