Belém Neighbourwood: This is the monumental historic district of the Age of Discovery, here you’ll find the magnificent World Heritage monuments, wonderful parks, gardens and the Tagus River as landscape. For centuries Portugal was one of the largest nations in the world and this area will always be remembered and exalted as the sea port of the Age of Discovery. Belém Tower: Built on the northern bank of the Tagus between 1514 and 1520, the Tower of Belém is one of the architectural jewels of the reign of the King Manuel I.

We offer convenient pick-up services for hotels located in the city center. For accommodations outside this area, we have two alternative meeting points: the Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa on Avenida da Liberdade, or the Kiosk in Jardim do Tabaco, close to the Cruise Terminal. If you’re unsure whether your address is within our service area, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll gladly confirm for you. In case you decide later and haven't specified a pick-up location in advance, the default meeting spot will be the Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa. For those choosing the pick-up near the Cruise Terminal, once you disembark, simply cross the street and look for our tour guides at the red kiosk right after the pedestrian crossing.

- Private Tour. All customers with reservation must be ready in 5min prior to the tour start.
- The Eco Tuk Tuk has a transparent cover. It can be closed in case of cold weather or rain.
- A maximum of 6 people per vehicle. Average weight per passenger 80kg.
- Children 6 years old and under are not legally allowed to ride on a EcoTuk Tuk. Children from 7 to 12 years old or minimum of 1.35m (4.42 feet) can ride on a Booster seat (please let us know beforehand if you need one). Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- It´s forbidden for pregnant women and intoxicated people, not recommended to mentally or physically incapacitated people or to people with prosthesis.
- A different Pick up and/or drop off is available on request upon an extra charge payment. Please let us know if you want a different location from the one included.
- Availability for shows cannot be checked without making a booking. Credit cards will only be charged upon confirmation of show availability.
- Price is per person. Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
- No large items allowed in the Tuk Tuk (like suitcases or strolers).
- Free rescheduling/refunding/cancellation available up to 24h before the activity, after that, full charges apply.

We could not have asked for a better start to our trip. Hugo was perfect from the beginning. He recognized our love of culture and he perfectly mixed it with history. Driving us through all of the neighborhoods. This is the best to get your bearings in Lisbon, so we could determine what we wanted to see the next day. The 3 hours was perfect. Long enough to see most of the highlights and to keep us awake after our overnight flight. He also recommended a few local places based off if our interest. Obrigado!
