The staff loaded us all onto the boat. Checked our tickets and, while checking, asked people to voluntarily leave the boat for a discount on a later trip; all of whom turned it down. When he got to us, a family of 4 with two kids (the last family), he gave us the same option, which we declined. He then used the fact that I booked last to say we had to leave the boat because he overbooked it, causing us to waste valuable vacation time and be very embarrassed. He allowed Tripadvisor to take late bookings, and then blamed me for booking late. This all could have been prevented by: 1.) Not allowing bookings after a certain time (management failure). 2.) Using your hands and toes to count how many people have shown up to your boat and dealing with potential overbooking prior to loading everyone onto the boat (common sense). There are plenty of other things to do on the Island of Rhodes; I would not book with this company based on this experience.

Poor experience, they called and cancelled the trip at 12:30 (3pm trip) and offered 1pm As you can imagine sat round a pool to then get ready and travel to boat was tough going and we didn’t make it We then couldn’t re book at dates were full and last two days were going to be windy so no boats We then asked for refund which proofed difficult the company even sent WA messages saying we aren’t robots and will try and refund when we can , but they expected us to make a 1pm trip offered at 12.30 robots 🤖 Felt they were unprofessional and given the experience we had I would not recommend them incase they let you down too Made us feel like it was all our fault . Get my guide had to get our money back on our behalf

We booked a 5-hour boat tour including hotel transfer after being told that there were still places available. We were informed that they would contact us by 8:00 p.m. to let us know what time we would be picked up. However, nobody ever contacted us. The next morning, on the day of the scheduled boat tour, we had to call them ourselves to find out what was happening. We were then offered the option of changing our booking to the 3-hour boat tour at 1:00 p.m., including hotel transfer, as we were told that there were supposedly still places available. Once again, we received no further information or confirmation. We had to call again ourselves, only to be told that there were suddenly no places available anymore. What made the situation even worse was the extremely rude attitude of the man on the phone. He told us that we were giving him “a headache” and even blamed us for the entire situation. We have honestly never experienced anything like this before. The organisation was extremely unprofessional and unreliable from beginning to end, and the communication was simply unacceptable. In the end, we were unable to go on the boat tour at all. This was particularly disappointing because we had really been looking forward to the excursion, and it was also our last day of vacation. We would have expected reliable organisation, clear communication and, above all, respectful treatment of customers. Based on this experience, we absolutely cannot recommend this boat tour.

Great day out on this trip, picked up from the hotel for 10 euro each including return Chilled boat ride and some beautiful clear water to swim in en route. Swimming through the caves is pretty cool too.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. My daughter and I booked a 3-hour sailing and snorkeling trip expecting a pleasant experience. Instead, we found ourselves on a boat that was dangerously overcrowded. There were approximately 52 passengers on board, all packed together with barely any room to move. What shocked me even more was the sign on the boat stating a maximum capacity of 25 people. When I tried to take a photo of this sign, the captain deliberately blocked it with his hat and shouted at me, telling me I was not allowed to photograph it. I still managed to take pictures showing both the overcrowded boat and the capacity sign. This company appears to prioritize making as much money as possible by overselling trips and overloading the boat, with no regard for customer comfort or safety. We were also promised snorkeling equipment, but I seriously doubt there was enough equipment available for everyone on board. When passengers complained, we were simply told that we could get off the boat and ask for a refund. That is not an acceptable solution after people have already made the trip to the departure point and trusted the company’s advertising. This experience felt like a tourist trap based on misleading advertising and overcrowded excursions. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and would strongly encourage others to book with a more honest and professional operator.

Great trip with beautiful bays for snorkeling trips. Equipment was sufficiently available on the boat. Overall a really great excursion.

Six of us went on this, lovely trip to beautiful places and the host Ana and captain George were absolutely lovely. Exactly what what it says on the tin, nice and chilled with good swimming and a few beers.

Really enjoyable. Great swimming spots. Given the heat I’d definitely recommend the 10am option!

Lovely tour with two nice swimming stops. Should have been three places but a stop could not be done. It was two longer stops instead, both were good. A lovely day out at sea.

Fantastic morning! We booked this after another experience was cancelled and we’re a bit nervous with some of the reviews - however they were wrong! We had the best morning with Anna and George, kept well watered (the punch was delicious) 😜 and had some great swimming time. 6 adult friends travelled and we all said it was one of the best parts of our holiday and we’d do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
