We pay about £20 for 30 minutes of our time, Austria is a place of history from famous musicians, to artists, to the start of world war 1, and of course the history of the nation and the church through various eras. Nothing was emulated in the show, it was a waste of time and honestly rather disappointing considering the amount we paid, it told no story, they could have used a musician’s score- Vivaldi/mozart/ Beethoven, but no. They could have told the story of Voltive Church, the mosaic work, the gothic past but nothing was shown, after ten minutes of the show, I honestly wanted to leave, it felt like I was ripped off my time. There are various such shows in the world and honestly I think they need to take better inspiration.
Fun experience in a beautiful place. A little hot so be prepared. Had to use our seat brochures as a fan but I'm old.
It was the best excursion we had the depth, and the creation of this event was amazing. It was a lightning purposeful and something like you’ll never see before and a 1700 church.
Truly amazing. I’d recommend sitting in middle to rear to enjoy full experience. For some reason they didn’t have our reservations (even though I had Viator confirmation) and that sat us in the very front row.

Words cannot accurately describe this show! Literally breathtaking! I once in a lifetime experience and a recommended must see! The sounds, colors, traveling lights, music all bring up such strong emotions in such an other worldly setting! Practically overwhelming at times! Truly wonderful!!!!

Wonderful experience. The combination of light, music and the impressive space of the Votivkirche works really well. The projections use the walls, pillars and vaults of the church in such a way that the entire space becomes part of the show. Sometimes you barely know where the architecture ends and the projection begins. Impressive and atmospheric, without taking too long. For us absolutely one of the more special things to do in Vienna.
You should not buy here - you only receive a voucher to get in - not an actual ticket with a seat assignment. Directions said to exchange 15 before the start of the show - we exchanged 45 minutes before the start. Our seats were OUTSIDE of where the lights and sounds were!! As a result we were NOT IMMERSED in the experience. While it was cool to watch we were very disappointed not to get the full experience. We explained the situation in the Viator app and requested a 50% refund. We were denied. Buy elsewhere where you can get a seat assignment and choose a row lower than 30.
Wow, such a stunning show, amazing what can be achieved with lights and music, it was like witnessing the birth of creation and the evolution of life on earth. Beautiful
