This private tour on Amsterdam’s canals on a quiet, heated boat will give you a front-row seat to the 10th annual Light Festival. The artworks are best viewed from the water. This boat cruise helps communicate the message of the pieces. Your guides have a background in art and personal contact with some of the artists featured in the past years. It immediately started well with a very welcoming reception. Cozy, comfortable and a drink. Then a nice cruise through the canals. We received a personal and expert explanation of what we saw (Amsterdam Light Festival). I really enjoyed it a lot! Recommended! (Oh yes: nice boat!)

Great tour through the prettiest part of Amsterdam. The host was relaxed and enthusiastic, he knew a lot about both the area and about the art pieces. The cushions were heated and there were blankets so even in the cold and rain we were warm and very cosy. He put the best Dutch snacks on the table: stroopwafels, Dutch cheese amongst other things. The boat is small and quiet so the setting was really intimate, way more romantic then the big noisy boats we saw on the way. Very good pick!

We did the Amsterdam Light Tour with family and friends. The heated seats were very comfortable. Rocco moves the boat (electric and noiseless!) very smoothly through the canals. He tunes in very well to the guests when he tells his story. And he ensures that all guests, whether they are seated on the left or right, can clearly see the light objects.

If you want to see lights in Amsterdam, you see better lights down the red light district!! Running over an hour late with no organisation. Awkward to see anything in over crowded boats that were over sold. Unless you were facing forward you couldn’t see anything anyway, however it didn’t seem that much was missed

During the light festival in 2022, we were only doing private tours during that time. We were not offering shared tours during this period. Prior to this, when we hosted group tours, it has never been overcrowded. We value the safety as well as the comfort of our customers. 3. We strive our best to be on time. There have seldom been occasions where we have run behind schedule; however, in our years of operation, never have we run anywhere near an hour late.
