Good experience and professional guide
Great experience seeing mantas! Staff were great and felt safe the whole time.
Well organized great experience
It is a very beautiful dive, we were able to swim with manta rays, a sea turtle and see the beautiful seabed and magnificent reefs. Indeed, there are many people around, but once underwater everything is forgotten. And as a bonus, we are leaving with very pretty souvenir photos and videos 😊🐠
We had an amazing snorkelling trip with Captain Coconut! The water was a bit rough and choppy at the first snorkelling spot, but you can’t control the ocean, and the huge number of manta rays more than made up for it. We saw so many manta rays and turtles—it was such an incredible experience! The crew were all so friendly and helpful, and they provided water, cookies, and towels on the boat, which was a nice bonus. We had a great time and would definitely book with Captain Coconut again. Highly recommend! 😊
Fantastic day snorkelling with Captain Coconut on Coconut 2. Well organised, the tour guide was professional and made the day really safe and enjoyable.
Unfortunately, my son (9) had the Bali Belly, so my husband stayed with his while my daughter (11) and I went off snorkelling. In hindsight, I'm glad he didn't come, he would have hated it! The water was quite rough and it was even intimidating for my daughter, rough water, fins in face etc...everyone scrambling to try and see the manta rays. However, I did have a personal swim with a huge manta ray and swam along side it, just the two of us for nearly 50m, it was wonderful. We went to Manta Bay and didn't see any, so we did continue on to Manta Bay. The other two snorkelling spots were fabulous as well, especially the Mangrove Point stop. It was calm, warm, extremely clear and we flowed along with the current, it was very good! Be aware of Trip Adviser as they show cost in dollars (which I assumed was AUD), it's only after the transaction was compete that it confirmed USD...so the cost was higher than expected! It's extremely missleading! Why not show the cost in AUD or USD before hand??
Fantastic morning out with Captain Coconut tour. The team were very friendly and mindful of our safety as the water was pretty choppy out at Manta Point. We saw many manta rays and turtles, it was amazing! A real highlight for us were the many beautiful photos one of our guides took underwater. He took much better photos than I could and sent them through to us after the tour. Many happy memories made and Would definitely recommend Captain Coconut tours!!
Great trip from being picked up from Hotel in Mushroom Bay, safety briefing and equipment, clear instructions and amazing photos sent post the trip and returned to hotel. Small group and safety was paramount so we all felt safe and well supervised. And what amazing value for money. Overall a fantastic trip and saw Manta's, turtles and even dolphins.
We had an amazing experience. It was very well organised, very fun, we felt safe the whole time. The guides were very clear and knowledgeable about where to go. They took photos with the GoPro which were a nice keepsake. We went to Manta Point and immediately saw mantas which was incredible. We got so lucky! I have done a trip before and didn’t see any mantas - it’s just luck as you can’t control nature. It was very busy on the water with other snorkellers so be aware of that. I’d recommend taking travel calm or sea sickness tablets before going out also. Also recommend going out as early as possible in the morning (this left at 8am which was good). Would definitely recommend.
