Description
The class will learn to cook three typical dishes of the Italian tradition, using professional tricks and techniques; it will be followed step by step by me as a professional chef but at the same time the atmosphere will be relaxed and pleasant. The recipe cards will be provided so it will be easy to replicate them at home with friends and relatives. The lesson will take place in my cooking workshop, that is, in a real professional kitchen. It is possible to have special menus in case of allergies, intolerances or special diets: please specify your request when booking

Warm cooking class
A first for me, as I love cooking, it was a superb experience. Chef Alexandro is very warm and kind. A passion transmitted for his profession and especially for his culture.

Top of the "to do" list in Milan!!!!
A "MUST" EXPERIENCE! It was beautiful and we weren't bored at all! Quite the opposite! Chef Alessandro who assisted us today was IMPECCABLE! Talented, patient, and very kind! Something very much appreciated is that nothing was wasted! I recommend it a thousand times and I already know that I will go back because they are there in both July and August. So if you can, go there!

Ilaria was phenomenal! She was so friendly, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made everyone feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and everyone left feeling happy, full, and having had a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Overall a very fun...
Overall a very fun experience! Don’t expect to do everything involved in the recipe though. Some steps are already done ahead of time to speed up the process. While I understand this was to save time, I wish it would have been made clearer. Still a lovely experience though!

Fun group activity!
Chef Ilaria was wonderful. We made tiramisu, ravioli and tagliatelle. I have been intimidated by a pasta maker machine we won in a raffle but she made it all so easy and now I will make more fresh pasta when I return home. We came as a group of 7, 3 who are teenagers, and everyone enjoyed it a lot. The food was so tasty!

Very informative, fun and yummy!
Fun 3 hours learning to cook a chick pee appetizer, potato stuffed ravioli and biscotti. The chef Ilara was so warm and welcoming.

Engaging great alternative experience
We had a great time learning and cooking Italian food with chef Ilaria. We were lucky to have a private session and chef was very funny and engaging. Our meal was delicious 😋 and the wine was free flowing. Great alternative experience.
