Pickup Locations & Times
**Pickups will begin in the San Juan area at 2:00 pm** Upon booking, please send a text message with the primary name on the reservation, best phone number for your driver to reach you on, and address you are staying at. We will then confirm you for pickup with the closest location and time. Please plan for 2:00 pm pickup and to be a little early. We will update you with an exact pickup time the day of your trip to optimize the route and ensure we remain on schedule for the boat in La Parguera. The pickup time will not be before 2:00 pm! **TO ENSURE WE ARRIVE TO LA PARGUERA ON TIME, THE VAN WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STAY AFTER THE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME . PLEASE ARRIVE A LITTLE EARLY**

- **All guests pay regular rate regardless of age. The number of participants is monitored by the DRNA and is by seat, not age**

My husband and l were very impressed with this trip and our guide. His name is Israel. He was the best! I would definitely recommend this especially if Israel is your guide. .
The boat driver was nice, but he wasn’t a guide. He didn’t explain anything about the bay. They had floatees for around your waist that was great for the 15-20 minute swimming.
We visited day after the new moon, pretty good conditions to experience. The swim and the colors was a good experience. Googles definitely helped. The guide (boat operator) did give us basic information, but beyond that there was nothing much to share. Tour itself is advertised to be 1.5-2 hours, but it lasts only 45 mins. 15 mins boat ride back and forth and 15 mins in the bay. Advertising on duration is misleading and overpriced for the time we get to spend in the bay.
This was an awesome and memorable experience. I highly recomment to add this to your list if your visiting puerto rico!

Experience was great, admission fee was fine, the length was shorter because they were waiting for some people that never showed up and they didn't extend the time on the water. But over all great experience.

Swimming in the bioluminescent Bay was awesome, however, they only give you 15 minutes to swim. That time started from the first guest that entered the water. For the amount of money, it’s not really worth it. The tour started over 30 minutes late and lasted less than an hour in it’s entirety. I would choose a different company for this experience. The company subcontracted Gina’s Johnny boats for the tour. The captain and crew hardly interacted with the guests at all except for to tell us to move forward or move backward, depending upon which direction the boat was moving. A little disappointing. I would not book this tour again and I would advise others to look at other companies that offer similar tours.

From the moment you get on the boat it is 45 minutes. The bioluminescence swimming is incredible, felt safe. They use a timer and you only have 15 minutes of swimming. I just wish we had a lil more time swimming. The trip back to dock is another 15 minutes for a grand total of 45 minutes to the dot.

It was a great experience swimming in the bioluminescent bay, however, they only allow you 15 minutes for swimming. It was advertised as “after you’ve had plenty of time to experience the natural phenomenon.” Definitely not plenty of time… They subcontracted Gina’s Johnny Boats for the tour and the captain / guide didn’t really interact with the guests except to tell us to move to the front or the back of the boat, depending on the direction the boat was traveling. The tour started almost 30 minutes late and lasted just over 50 minutes, in it’s entirety. It was a lot of money to spend on an experience that lasted less than an hour. I would not book with them again and would choose a different company in the future. The description of the experience was absolutely misleading.
