The guide spent the whole time on her phone whilst driving for the entire 2 hours! Snapchat, WhatsApp, Text Message, Voice Notes and Calls. Totally unprofessional and extremely dangerous on numerous occasions. We were bizarrely asked if we wanted to finish the tour early, which would have resulted in 1/3 of the tour not being complete. Honestly, we felt like an inconvenience, as if our tour guide had been given the last shift of the day and she just wanted to go home. As a private tour I would have expected the opposite. A personal touch, a nice explanation about the city and its history. Instead we were given some crude audio recordings and not much else. Total waste of money. Dont do it. As someone who uses Viator for a lot of bookings, my experience was vastly different to what the others have reviewed. I would expect Viator/Tour Operator to contact me to discuss in more detail as it was appalling for £130.
We really enjoyed our tour around Krakow. Dan was great, very informative, friendly and funny. Would definitely recommend this trip especially for a first time visit as the city is extremely large. We would never have seen all the areas that we visited and definitely having the history explained so well, was interesting.

Can’t fault this tour we were collected from our holiday apartment at the time agreed and the tour was fantastic. Some of the history was from pre recorded material but some was from the tour guide Jacob, we can’t rate him highly enough his funny stories and also heartfelt history was top notch. It was the full 2hrs and although £130 is quite expensive for just two people it would have been better value if you had four people for the same price. It was a welcome relief in the heat to be able to sit back and listen to the history without having to walk around.
Really friendly and informative English speaking guide. Nothing was too much trouble, if you wanted to be dropped off, no problem. Great way to visit places of interest. Very pleased with this trip.
Brilliant tour around Krackow in a golf buggy. We were the only passengers so it was brilliant. Victoria our guide was very knowledgeable and an excellent driver as we drove through the town and navigated the tramlines! We were very pleased with our tour and learnt so much about Krackow.

This is a wonderful way to see Krakow! Wiktoria was our guide and she was amazing! She had the heat on for us and has the protective sides against the rain. She stopped if we wanted to get out and explore! She was very informative and so sweet! Highly recommend!
