A great start to our trip!
A super way to start our trip. Johan was very knowledgeable about all the history of the city, even tailoring our tour to include additional information about 2nd World War history and some great recommendations for places to visit, eat etc. Highly recommend.

The tour guide Michael impressed with his profound knowledge of the city and its history. The tour was very informative overall, and our guide addressed every question. The atmosphere was excellent. Knowledge and the ability to convey it was and is a wonderful combination, which is why the tour clearly deserves five stars.

Krakow old town by segway
On 29th July, we took a Segway tour of Krakow’s Old Town with Johan, and it was one of the real highlights of our trip. He was attentive from the very start — even offering sun cream before we set off — and immediately made us feel at ease. The tour began with a beautiful ride along the tree‑lined avenue beside the castle. Johan took the time to show us a map of the area and gave us options for what we could explore. We chose the Old Town route, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. Throughout the tour, Johan was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly proud of his city. His explanations of Krakow’s history and its modern-day dynamics were engaging and often entertaining, and he made each stop at the historical sites genuinely interesting. All in all, it was a fantastic Segway experience — well organised, informative, and great fun. I’d highly recommend this tour, and especially Johan, to anyone visiting Krakow.

Wonderful way to see a lot quickly
Had Johan as our guide. Weather was not totally cooperating but we had a great time nonetheless. He was very upbeat and knowledgeable and there was just 3 of us.
