Driver never arrived...
Driver never arrived despite messaging multiple times in advance. Very poor communication and left us without a ride to the airport

Booking airport transportation to our hotel was very easy and convenient. Driver was waiting at arrivals and provided efficient, safe transportation to our hotel. Driver was very pleasant and provided us with a plethora of information about the city and surrounding area.

Great transfer. We had the same driver who picked us up, so we arranged what time he’d collect us for the journey home. He was bang on time and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Would recommend this transfer.

Excellent - professional, safe ride and friendly service
Excellent service. Driver was in arrivals waiting for us as we landed. Mini van was immaculate. Ride to our hotel in the Old Town was very safe and quick. Landmarks and areas to visit were pointed out by the driver along the way. Would definitely recommend as service was professional and friendly, no queuing or waiting and took away all the hassle for a speedy exit from the airport.

Easiest journey from an airport ever
Got thru customs, eventually, collected our luggage and headed to the exit. Once thru our driver was waiting with my name on a board. He took our case and led us to the vehicle which was very close by. Lovely comfortable vehicle and we were then driven to our hotel. Driver was very friendly and knowledgable about the area.

Our driver met us at arrivals. He helped us with our luggage and drove us to our hotel. We confirmed our flight info in the days before, so he could track when we landed. We have booked our return transfer as well. Would recommend.

10/10 experience. Our driver warned us of delays coming through passport control which was appreciated. Clean comfortable vehicle. Friendly driver, who arranged our return trip for us. I would certainly use them again if I return to Krakow
