So much fun!
I had the BEST time on this tour! Christian was an amazing guide- I loved the mix of wild history and current culture, I really came away feeling like a local. When he heard I was interested, he also threw in a few ghost stories for me! The tour felt like the perfect length of time, and we got a great value for our ticket. The treats he served were amazing (I went back later for another key lime beignet!), but as amazing as the treats were, the historical tour itself was so good that the treats almost felt like a bonus. Highly recommended, especially for something to do on the first day to get your bearings. Thank you Christian!

Great Way To Get To Know Key West!
We had a great time walking around while eating both sweet and savory food. It was a lot of fun getting to know about Key West with Christian! He was knowledgeable about the local area and included a lot of fun facts while passing by businesses/landmarks. Definitely a great way to spend a few hours walking around the town.

Key West food tour
Fair amount of easy walking, more history than food tasting. Each location we stopped at for food seemed surprised and unprepared for a tour group. Donut shop was already sold out before the tour started.
Operator response
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback from Key West 🍩 We’re sorry to hear the balance leaned more toward history than tastings and that some stops felt unprepared—this isn’t the experience we aim to deliver. Your comments are being shared with our team and partners. We’d love the chance to earn that final ⭐ and make it right on a future visit in the Conch Republic or one of our donut holes around the world.

Underground Donut Tour… w NO DONUTS
The tour started at 10:30 and we had to skip the first stop bc they had already ran out of donuts. We booked this as a FOOD tour— nope! It’s a history walking tour. That’s fine if that’s your thing… but we brought my 9 yr old niece! We wanted to eat yummy junk food! Second stop was fine, 3rd stop was conch fritters (again SWEET TREATS TOUR). People started leaving the tour then. Too much walking/ history not enough food. 4th stop was Margaritaville- the host was not expecting us and we had a good wait until we got our key lime pie. Last stop was for truffles but by then, most of our group had quit. I’ve done food tours on every vacation— this was the worst by far!
Operator response

We’re truly sorry this tour didn’t meet your expectations, especially regarding food availability, pacing, and communication at some stops. That’s not the experience we aim to deliver—particularly for families. We appreciate you calling this out and will be addressing these concerns with our team. We’d love the opportunity to make this right, and invite you to contact us privately so we can do so. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the Conch Republic or one of our donut holes around the world.

Sweet treats and a history lesson
Our tour guide was great. He was really knowledgeable and gave us a lot of interesting history on the city. We did wait awhile at The Original Margaritaville for our treat to come out. It was a busy day in the city as a cruise ship was docked and there was the half marathon this weekend but the restaurant seemed un-prepared for us.
Operator response
Thank you for sharing your experience in Key West 🍩 We’re glad you enjoyed the guide and the history along the way. We appreciate you calling out the wait at Margaritaville—busy cruise and event days can certainly impact timing, and we’ll be sharing this feedback with our team and partners. We’d love the chance to earn that final ⭐ and host you again in the Conch Republic or one of our donut holes around the world!
