The tour bus was great. Manny was an excellent guide and driver. My wife and I really enjoyed the tour and the hop on hop off feature. It was a warm and humid day, dress accordingly, bring a cool drink and if you have one, a portable fan, it is an open air bus. My issue was with direct booking via the website. I tried to book for two people once, and after pressing purchase button, the web site spun for 30 seconds then said something went wrong. So I tried a 2nd time and it went through. Then I looked at my credit card and there were two charges. I disputed the 2nd charge as a duplicate. and then went on the cruise and arrived at Key West Aug 4th. When we showed up neither booking worked and I had to purchase a third tour. So I was charged 3x for one tour. The Citi Visa is looking into the duplicate charges now.

The hop on and off...
The hop on and off trolley is a must do! The tour guides were very knowledgeable in the history of Key West! We enjoyed our tour of Key West! They do need to be able to print off more than one receipt when you have a large group that would like to split up!

Great organizing
The service was great, the bus was comfortable. However the company had some difficulties in the early morning, it was clearly communicated and always updated with the new situation. The trip went well, Key West is amazing!!! I liked when getting back to Miami everyone was droppwd off at the same place where picked up one by one/groups/fams. I highly recommend this service.

Great for oldies
We rode the loop once to get the lay of the land. Second time we got off at places we decided to visit. We are in our 70s and it was a great non-stess way to see key West. It could have run later.

Convenient
Have money for tips. No long waits for trollies. Driver's are knowledgeable, some better than others for cleverness (Mr Ed!) It's a great way to get around Key West and preview possible destinations.
