Key West Photo Shoot at Your Resort or Beach

John and Bernadette were absolutely amazing and played such a big part in making our surprise proposal in Key West so special. My fiancée had absolutely no idea what was coming, and they helped me plan everything and make sure the whole surprise went perfectly. Bernadette was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and helped me choose the perfect spots and figure out all the little details. John was so discreet during the proposal that my fiancée never suspected a thing, and he captured the moment so naturally and beautifully. I’m honestly so thankful to both of them. They were professional, kind, and made what could have been a very stressful surprise feel completely seamless. I picked Senses of Play (John and Bernadette McCall) after seeing their reviews on Viator trip advisor. We were going down to Key West for our 16th year wedding anniversary and wanted to capture our milestone there. When I first talked to Bernadette, she gave lots of recommendations and background about Key West and even the resort we stayed for our vacation. Her and John both reassured us that the resort we were staying at, the Southernmost beach resort would be a great place for photos. Bernadette walked me through the entire process through emails and phone communications. The day of the pictures, we met up with John and he was really professional. He knew the ideal places for the perfect shots. He made suggestions and listen to what I wanted. He made efficient use of the time we had since heavy rain started pouring by our last shots. All the pictures came out beautifully.

I wanted family pictures during our vacation in Key West and John did not disappoint. The wind was whipping, the sargassum was thick, and John still managed to take beautiful photos. So glad we booked this shoot!

Awesome experience from start to finish! John was a pleasure to work with! He contacted me prior to our trip and connected with me a few days prior to go over the details. One of the many highlights that stood out about John was that he was so accommodating. Our son is special needs and in a wheelchair. He found the perfect location that had benches, shade and incredible scenery. Shortly after the photo shoot, he sent me a large handful of sneak peek photos. They are all perfect!! I found John on Viator while looking for photographers in Key West. I’m so happy I did. John was great. Our family pictures at the Southernmost Resort came out wonderful. The session was quick, 20 minutes, which everyone appreciated. But don’t let the short session deter you. We received tons of pictures. At the end of the day, you only need a few great ones and ours were all so good it’s hard to choose our favorites. His wife, Bernadette, was also very nice to work with behind the scenes. I highly recommend Senses at Play.

John and Bernadette are absolutely incredible. They photographed our wedding a decade ago, so it only felt right to have them capture our 10‑year anniversary family photos as well. Naturally, the images are stunning. There are so many great shots that choosing which ones to frame is going to be a challenge, in the best way.
