Great activity in Sorrento!
This was a great activity to do to occupy 2 hours of time while being outside and enjoying the gorgeous views. The kayaking was not too demanding and the guides were nice and knowledgeable. We had a small group so we could easily hear the guide. The swimming was great. All you need is a swimsuit, phone and sunglasses and maybe water shoes if you plan on walking up the hill to see the ruins. They provide everything else.

Kayaking in sorrento
Great experience, a little choppy, but still no great strain for me and my wife in a double kayak. Stopped to view some private beaches along the way and then had enough time to explore and swim in bagni Regina giovana. Quicker on the way back, but Danielano?? Looked after us all.

Sunset kayak tour
Wow! Such an amazing experience. Definately recommend booking this. The trip is not hard at all, the views are amazing (go for rhe 6PM option to watch the sunset on the sea) and the guides are friendly funny and attentive.
