- The morning tour (6:30 AM or 7:00 AM) is our most recommended tour due to calmer ocean conditions and more wildlife sightings.
- Raft tours will include seeing and possibly entering sea caves and snorkeling, but only if the ocean conditions are safe enough to do so. Your tour’s Captain will make this decision. (We do not snorkel in the sea caves.)
- We recommend booking early in your vacation in case of a weather cancellation, you have more time left in your vacation to rebook.
- Our tour departs from the west side of Kauai— We meet in Waimea at the Na Pali Riders office. Check in is 45 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
- When ocean conditions are not favorable for a Na Pali Coast tour or the minimum passenger count for the safety and stability of our vessel is not met, you will be offered the following: The option to rebook for a different date and time. The option for a full refund.
- You CANNOT attend if you are pregnant
- WARNING: The Zodiac© raft makes for a wild and rough ride. Due to the nature of the Nā Pali Ocean Raft Tour, you must be in good physical condition to attend this tour. We cannot accommodate pregnant women, anyone with back or neck problems, medical conditions or recent surgeries.
- Non-swimmers are prohibited from snorkeling.

This was an exciting, beautiful and educational ride on the Napali coast of Kauai. We had so much fun. The captain played great music and caught the waves.
Only go if you’re up for a thrill! Definitely a bumpy and wet ride but so much fun! Mack and Tom were fantastic throughout the whole ride…. the playlist, knowledge of the coast, and making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time!
We had a great time. The ladies on the boat provides a excellent experience. The captain handled the boat in rough seas like an expert.
Must do! Beautiful scenery! I would do this again if I come back to the island. The staff was friendly and everything was efficient.

This was THE BEST! We loved every second, it was such a blast. Captain Croy made everything so much fun! He and Peyton were super knowledgeable, we learned a lot and saw such cool things in such a fun way. This tour is worth every penny! The boat is so much fun and they had the best playlist. Highly recommend!!
Absolutely amazing!!! Great for younger kids and even the adventurous older kids! Our family loved every minute of this tour and will tell everyone this is the best company/tour to do while on the island!

Trip was amazing! Sea caves, massive cliffs, and dolphins.
Such a cool experience! We gave our kids the option between the slower boats with the water slides vs this and they chose this. It was definitely fast and adventurous but we all had a blast. We were out on the water for about 4 hours! We got to see amazing views we wouldn't have seen otherwise, snorkle, ride along side a huge pod of dolphins and go into so many sea caves! There were about 24 people on the boat with us. Be prepared that it's loud and you can't have much conversation but it's stunning and we are so glad we went! We loved getting to stop along the way and hearing about the history of the people who lived along the Na Pali coast and the island's formation.
