Whether you're chasing sunrise over boulders or stargazing under pitch-black skies, this drive is more than a route—it's a rite of passage into California’s wild heart.
These giant roadside landmarks are one of Southern California’s most recognizable attractions and a classic roadside stop reminiscent of historic Route 66. Take photos with the towering dinosaurs and enjoy views of the surrounding desert landscape before continuing toward Joshua Tree National Park.

Pass by one of the Joshua Tree National Park’s most iconic peaks –Ryan Mountain, offering the travelers breathtaking views on the journey.
Pass through Quail Spring – a memorable landmark demonstrating the raw beauty of the Mojave Desert.
One of Joshua Tree’s most recognizable natural rock formations. The rock resembles a giant skull and has become one of the park’s most popular photo spots.
Cap Rock - Stop 40 mins
You will pass by Intersection Rock, a unique, striking boulder formation near the heart of the park.
Pass by Jumbo Rocks Campground, named after the massive boulders that define this area of the park.
Keys View offers one of the most breathtaking panoramic viewpoints in Joshua Tree National Park. From here, visitors can enjoy sweeping views of the Coachella Valley, Palm Springs, and the surrounding desert mountains.
Travelers will be dropped off at their original boarding locations once we return to LA.

We begin offering pick-up service at 7:30 AM for hotels within a 2-mile radius of Downtown Los Angeles. Please contact the tour operator for the exact pick-up time.

- Tickets & Admission: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted. All admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on the day of the tour.
- Bring comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and water for hydration. A valid reachable phone number is required for safety and trip communication.
- For individual special needs, tour operator may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.
- Please note: Starting from March 18, 2026, the itinerary has been updated to allow more time for exploring Joshua Tree National Park. The previous stop at Nixon has been removed as part of this enhancement. As part of this upgrade, complimentary bottled water, deli-style lunch, and snacks are now included to enhance the service. We believe these enhancements provide a more relaxing and in-depth travel experience. Thank you for your understanding.

John is one of the best tour guides I have encountered in my travels. He has abundant knowledge about the history, geology, plants, etc. of the park and shared them in interesting ways. The tour was very flexible and he made sure we get to see the spots and get the pictures we wanted. Clean vehicle, good supply of snacks and drinks, 100% would recommend this tour!

I think the activity content is very normal and not bad, but at the end you are forced to give a 5 star rating. Specifically, we were together all day, and in the final, resounding atmosphere of being driven to our hotel, we were forced to open our phone screens and be told what to expect. Furthermore, you will be photographed on a highly rated mobile screen, possibly to report to your boss.
