Jeep Safari Adventure around Green Canyon with Boat Tour

A few hours before the start of the booked tour we were suddenly informed by the organizer that the agreed pickup could not take place as booked and we should instead come to the destination independently. I have then expressly stated that this is not possible for us. After that, there was no feedback from the organizer. No solution, no alternative and no explanation. The money already paid was of course still debited. For me, this is completely unacceptable dealing with customers. If a service is changed at such short notice and unilaterally and subsequently there is no longer any response to messages at all, it unfortunately gives the impression that it is simply cashed in and then pulled out of responsibility. Get off me!

Amazing trip from start to finish. We had Musti as driver, he was so kind and made us feel comfortable from the start. Overal experience was outstanding, the water fights where great fun for the kids and the adults! Only minor suggestion I had was to have less people in the Jeep. We have 2 children age 10 and 7 and because it was so tight one person had to sit in the front. Leaving only one parent in the back with 2 children. Lucky for us one adult of another family offered to sit in the front but I think 8 people should be the max. We traveled with 10. Other than that great experience, outstanding driver, great organization and shout out to Johnny who truely kept the vibes going and was a blast to be around. Deff will be back! We have booked a Jeep Safari with Discovery Jeep Safari through your organization. Unfortunately, this excursion was very disappointing and we are very unhappy with both the organization and the way we were treated subsequently. Upon collection, the Jeep appeared to be completely full. We had to sit very tight and separated from each other. Because there were no more normal seats available, one of us was put in the middle seat in front. This forced the person to sit with folded legs, partly because of the gear lever. The Jeep was simply packed and the seats were absolutely not comfortable. Upon arrival we indicated this directly to the driver and said that it was far too tight and that we did not agree with this. The driver then indicated that this would be arranged at the central point. We therefore went along with the expectation that an appropriate solution would be offered at the central point. On arrival at the central point, however, it turned out that there was no solution at all. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with this, we were treated very unkindly and unprofessionally. Instead of looking for a solution, we were ultimately left at the central point. A taxi was then arranged for us. This ride only took about 7 minutes, but we had to pay €17 ourselves. We do not think it reasonable that we should bear these costs ourselves, as this situation has arisen because of the lack of organisation and the failure to provide the solution promised by the driver. We are very disappointed with the way things are going. We paid for a Jeep Safari where we could assume that there would be enough and normal seats. Instead, we were crammed into a fully packed Jeep and one of us was forced to sit in a very tight middle seat. When we raised this with the driver on arrival, we were told that it would be arranged at the central point. That commitment was subsequently not honoured and, in the end, we were also left in a very unfriendly manner.

Absolutely fabulous day. Fun from start to finish. Kids aged 12 and 9 loved the experience. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.

We were there with our 5-year-old son and had a lot of fun. There were two water fights between the jeeps and we all really enjoyed standing during the ride too! Everyone is very nice and fond of children, especially our driver "Musti". A scarf or bandana is recommended, which can also be purchased on-site for a fair $5.

It was a great experience, the price/performance was excellent. Our driver Alex really gave it his all (At times, I thought he must have worked as security in Baghdad) and did a great job; he was not just a driver, but also a sailor and a DJ 😅. The rest of the tour was also well organized; the team made an effort with different water features, etc., to surprise the guests. In my opinion, the tour is not suitable for elderly people as it can get quite shaky on the vehicle.

- simple clothe to protect against dust is euro 5 - a lot of time was spend to make fotos, videos that was sold for euro 45 - during lunch break, the first 45 minutes was spend to sell drinks (euro 3 for soft drink, euro 6 for a beer). The last 15 min to finish your plate - the 1 hour boat trip is on a big lake (actually boring view), not between the canyons like in the picture - Johnny asked me to write a review together with his employee .... :-). So be aware of the excellend reviews here ! Overall this was an average trip with a good off-road part but beware that things are organized to take money from you

From start to finish, this excursion was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our trip! I booked through GetYourGuide and paid £28 for both myself and my 2-year-old, which was incredible value for such a memorable experience. Before the excursion, Talha stayed in contact via WhatsApp and provided clear information about the pickup point, which was conveniently right outside our hotel. Talha was also available if I needed any additional information on the morning of the trip, which made everything feel organised and stress-free from the beginning. We were picked up at around 8:40am by Victor, who remained our driver and host throughout the entire excursion. When we stopped at the meeting point to join the rest of the group, “Johnny Cash” made sure my 2-year-old was seated safely and comfortably before we continued. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere created by all the staff was fantastic. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and did an amazing job communicating in multiple languages to make sure every tourist felt included and informed. Victor truly made the day special. He was an incredible host who made sure we had lots of fun while still ensuring my little one’s safety at all times. He created such a fun atmosphere with great music and made a real effort to involve my 2-year-old in the activities, especially the water fights, which made the experience even more memorable for us. The excursion also included a lunch stop and a boat trip, and waterfall stop, all of which were excellent — honestly 10/10. Everything was well organised, easy, and completely stress-free, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the day. We arrived back at our hotel at around 4:45pm after an unforgettable day. I’ll definitely be returning next year ✈️ Thank you to the whole team for your hard work and for making our trip one to remember — keep doing what you’re doing! 😁

A very beautiful tour is highly recommended for young people who want to have fun. The drivers of the jeeps were very friendly, especially our driver Adam.

The tour was amazing; we had a lot of fun, and the overall package was cohesive. Happy to do it again. :)
