At Istanbul Airport, we cannot receive it at the customer welcome point because we cannot go inside due to Covit 19. For this reason, we scratch our exits from 9 exit gates. For Sabiha Gökçan Airport, we welcome our International Terminal Arrivals.

Istanbul Airport was chaotic! The tour operator text me via Message and WhatsApp, provided good instructions. Make sure you have Internet / WIFI in order to play the video of instructions, otherwise it would be hard to find out where to meet the driver. After we followed the instructions to the meeting point, we had to find a middle person who contacted the driver. The middle person works for many transportation companies, he just calls the driver for us. We waited for 20 minutes until the driver came. Then we had to follow another person to a different location to meet the driver. It was quite chaotic until we met the driver and got into the SUV. The car was very nice, and the driver was kind and professional.

Transfers from the airport to the hotel and back were booked, everything is at the highest level - the car is comfortable, the driver was very careful on the track and very polite to us. Traveling with a small child, very worried about the road because of the eternal traffic jams in Istanbul, but they don't scare me anymore:))))Finally found a firm I can trust myself and the child.
