Disappointed I know Freida Kahlo’s work and life story and been a fan of hers for many years . This show I’m not even sure what it is supposed to be? Very odd it’s boring and highlights such pointless features. Her life story is fascinating I feel the director tried to be a bit artistic and throw together his own story. Best feature, the sound track and the air con, venue is lovely. Staff very friendly.
Oh dear. This looked great in the ads and flyers but what a disappointment, especially if you know and love Frida’s work. Basically it’s a slide show of fragments of Frida’s paintings and related images that show in 360 degrees (and the floor if you want to include that), accompanied by a random soundtrack of songs that make little sense. Why? Is the question I’m left with.
