Slightly disappointed

The main disappointment was that the vehicle was not air conditioned. We were driven with the windows open and hot air coming in. Music was playing - I feel it would've been a nice courtesy had the driver asked us if we minded the music.

Operator response

Hello Steven, I spoke with my driver and he said, that the previous customer asked him to switch the aircon off as it was too cold so he thought you would also prefer no aircon. He said the window was not wide open, but just a little for some fresh air. About the music, it was really soft and not loud at all. Can you please advise why you did not ask him to put some aircon and to switch the radio off. He said you gave him a generous tip which means you were happy with the service you received. I have asked him to ask our mutual customers in future if they would prefer airconditioning or music or radio to be on. Kind Regards.
