High Island has an Ancient Supervolcano that last erupted 140 million years ago, The volume of erupted ash is estimated to have exceeded 1,300 cubic kilometres, which can cover the whole of Hong Kong. The Original Diameter of the Volcano's base of The High Island Supervolcano, is estimated to be 18km. Travelers will be on the speedboat admiring the "Coast of Thousand Hexagonal Volcanic Rock Columns in the World" - A Total 2 KM Coast that is Full of Hexagonal Columns! "Guan Gong Cave" is a 45-metre-high sea arch at Basalt Island, the forces of sea and wind have helped the development of it.
