Private car is definitely worth it.
I was panicking when I got to thr pickup spot & was told no vehicles can come down the road. Luckily, I sent a message, got a call back within minutes and a driver met me at a new spot. Very impressed with the customer service.

We were an hour late out of terminal due to long immigration lines. Driver kept in touch and waited. Very clean mini bus and driver was very careful.

Communication was excellent. Driver sent me a picture of his numberplate and he was there ahead if time. There was no possibility of confusion. He told me we would be there in 50 minutes, and we were. Driver's English was good. Best driver I have had in Danang. His driving was safe and not rushed.

Our driver Loc Le picked us up on time with a very well maintained car and drove us safely, confidently and professionally to our destination in Ben Tre. Unfortunately, he only drives on weekends otherwise we would have booked him for the return journey right back. Highly recommended
