Great food tour with unique local perspective from Quin. She took us to places we never would have found on our own and ordered food that was uniquely found in Hoi An. We especially loved the rice cracker making experience, and the dishes near the organic farm - so fresh and beautifully presented. Quin was so sweet, she even helped us purchase some tea that we were looking for. Highly recommend this tour - if you book it, come hungry!
This tour is carefully curated, very well paced and allows you to try unique local dishes you probably would never find on your own. Our guide Leo was fun to be with. His English is exceptional and he was very polite and informative. We genuinely enjoyed every single one of the tastings and stops. Even though I tried to pace myself I was overly full at the end of the night. We booked the private experience and enjoyed it as it felt more intimate but I am confident the group experience would also be enjoyable. The black sesame pudding and rice cracker experiences, and the people we met were very special. We did the Hanoi tour as well and both are excellent with no real overlap of food. I would thoroughly recommend both tours as they are so different and you will learn so much!
We had the best time. Our guide Leo was so awesome. So friendly and knowledgeable. He made it really special and fun. It was so great getting to know the city through its food. Everything we ate was amazing. The coolest part was getting to try food and places we probably would have never found on our own. Can’t wait to do it in other cities.
We took this tour on our last night in Hoi An and I wish we'd gone day one. Quinn has curated an incredible tour full of hidden gems and delicious food! We’ve just finished up the day time Hoi A street food tour with Leo and it was wonderful. We tried so many new dishes we wouldn’t have found ourselves and Leo was so knowledgable. He taught us so much about Vietnamese culture and the food we were eating. The vendors at each stop were really friendly too. Couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Vietnam… it was our first day in the country!! Favourite bite was the “three friends” and the Vietnamese dumplings. Highly recommend!!
Sonny was our tour guide and we had such a great time with him. This tour is the perfect way to be introduced to Hoi An and her history through food. We met so many great people and so many fantastic meals along the way, we also loved that the tour explored the old town as well taking us to a farm to see how ingredients are grown, the hands-on opportunities to cook the rice cake. Sonny was such good company the whole time. Five stars all around. Come hungry!

My wife and I, from England, have just spent over four incredible hours with Leo on the Chefs Tour in Hoi An, and we can honestly say it has been one of the highlights of our entire trip to Vietnam. From the moment we met Leo, we knew we were in great hands. He is warm, funny, and so passionate about his country. His knowledge of Vietnamese food, farming, history, and culture is outstanding, and he shared it all in such an engaging way that we felt like we were exploring Hoi An with a friend rather than a tour guide. One of our favourite moments was visiting a beautiful organic farm, where we learnt how to make traditional rice crackers. Eating the crackers we’d made alongside an incredible pork salad and delicious stir-fried dishes at a nearby local restaurant was a real treat. We finished the evening with a wonderfully fresh fruit dessert, the perfect ending to an unforgettable experience. What made this tour so special wasn’t just the fantastic food—it was the opportunity to meet local people, visit places we would never have discovered by ourselves, and gain a genuine insight into life and culture in Hoi An.
